Teens Mindfulness and Meditation

Learn to relax, relieve, release, and meditate. Together we will enjoy short, guided meditations while sitting and walking to help us get out of our heads. We will be sharing mindfulness practices that you can use every day or when you need them to take a break from the nonstop thinking, we all do. 

Presenter: Lora-Lynn Kahler is a student of the school of Buddhism, Plum Village Tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hahn.
