Literacy for Change, a bold, community-powered crowdfunding initiative is designed to raise $500,000 annually to expand literacy access across York County. Through a 24- hour online day of giving on October 10, 2025, YCL will mobilize thousands of library champions to help us expand literacy and learning county-wide.
